LEE MINORA is a writer and performer based in Philadelphia. Her original solo shows (White Feminist and Cheeks) have been presented in London, San Francisco, Edinburgh, Philadelphia, Ann Arbor and New York City. She is the co-writer and performer of Nosejob, which premier in The Curated Fringe Festival in 2024. As a creator/performer she has worked with The Berserker Residents, It’s So Learning, Applied Mechanics, Vainglorious, Theater in Quarantine, Blood Meal, (New York Times Critics Pick) and Lightning Rod Special, The Appointment, (New York Times Critics Pick 2023 and 2019, Best of Theater 2019: New York Times, Time Out New York and New York Magazine). As an actor, she’s been seen in over 20 productions in Philadelphia. She is a Barrymore nominee, an F. Otto Haas award finalist, A Wilma HotHouse Artist in Residence and the two time recipient of The Jilline Ringle Performance Grant.
ALICE YORKE is an actor/creator and Co-Artistic Director of Lightning Rod Special. She is the lead creator of LRS’s highly lauded musical satire of the abortion debate, The Appointment (WP Theater: Best of 2023 Theater, The New Yorker; “Should Have Been Nominated for a Tony, ” New York Times. NYTW Next Door: Best of 2019 Theater, New York Times, Time Out New York, and New York Magazine). With LRS: performer/creator: Nosejob, SPEECH, Hackles, Let the Dog See the Rabbit and Sans Everything; creative producer: Underground Railroad Game (2015).
