About the Film:
'City Sway' is a short film about black queer women navigating life in the city of Philadelphia. Written & Directed by Nia Primus.
Synopsis:
Imani and her friends Prez and Doni are young black queer women who are struggling to make ends meet. When they decide to embark on a business venture with a local drug dealer, the situation proves to be a troubling experience for the trio.

Chill Room Records is an Independent Production company currently based in Philadelphia, PA. It was formed in 2019 by Trinidadian-American artist/creative entrepreneur, Nia Primus, during her senior year at Shippensburg University.
With an experienced production team, Chill Room specializes in creating sounds for independent artists, pitching demos for placements, hosting events and developing scores for visual medias.
It also represents Primus's artistic brand, NIA, as well as her live backing band, The Chill Room Band.
