This show has been canceled.

Step right up to the Narcis-Circus! Behold the Ringmaster as she blends cabaret, stand-up, storytelling, & circus all while unraveling an unforgettable tale of gaslighting. Created by Brooke McCarthy, the award-winning writer of How to be an Ethical Slut, this enlightening one-woman musical comedy exposes the darker side of relationships.

Inspired by Brooke's own journey from darkness to light, she fearlessly delves into the realms of emotional abuse and mental health. Our Ringmaster powerfully raises her voice for those who are being silenced. Her personal story – turned into this fantastical circus musical – aims to spread awareness about abusive relationships while empowering others to reclaim their lives.

Don’t worry though, it’s a comedy!...so there’s probably a happy ending! You’ll laugh, learn, and experience a plot twist or two throughout this seemingly dark journey.
