You Are Cordially Invited to:
Iris’ “I’m Okay” Tea Party!
Iris is hosting her annual tea party to assure everyone in her life that she is, indeed, still alive. This tea party will happen - chronic illness flare ups be damned. She may need you to mask up and sanitize at the door, but it’s only because her body wasn’t actually built to survive the outside world and she needs a little bit of help. That’s not too much to ask of you? Right?
Refreshments* will be provided!!!!
*English Breakfast, Oolong, peppermint, a selection of herbal teas with incredible holistic powers, all gluten-free, sugar-free, pain-free :)
Iris’ ‘I’m Okay’ Tea Party is an absurdist tragicomedy written and performed by Paper Dolls co-founder Grayce Carson, inspired by her own experience navigating a world with a chronic illness.
