SHOW OVERVIEW
In Mother Boswick: The Best Show You Never Knew You Needed. Twisted tales, unsolicited advice, and vintage vengeance from Squinch Hollow.

Squinch Hollow is a charming town nestled between Oregon, Texas, Nebraska, and New Hampshire. The weather is always perfect, the squirrels have vendettas, and casseroles come with curses.

Mother Boswick is 121 years old has 14 dead husbands. She lives with her 87-year-old son Barry, who still lives at home, like a good boy. Mention her name at Martin and Martin Funeral Services, you’ll get 15% off your next open casket funeral. (Ask for Martin.)

Come for the gossip. Stay because she’s hidden your shoes.

About the Artist

David Magidson (aka Mother Boswick) lives in San Francisco and is an internationally known clown who has spent his life walking the tightrope between heart and hilarity. He has toured with Ringling Brothers Circus, been profiled in New York Magazine, The San Francisco Chronicle, and has brought laughter to stages across the globe.

Mother Boswick was born out of Magidson’s passion for character-driven comedy—equal parts absurdity and affection. Channeling the sharp wit of Dame Edna and the no-nonsense intimacy of Dr. Ruth, Mother Boswick is a 12

1-year-old widow with 14 dead husbands, a feisty tongue, and a deep love for her “cherubs"—even as she roasts them from the stage.
Magidson continues to expand the world of Mother Boswick through live performance, digital media, and immersive audience interaction.
