How do you say goodbye to a broken cup? An inkless pen? A childhood stuffed animal? Set in an intimate garden outpost, this one-on-one interactive experience guides participants through a meditative memorial for soon-to-be discarded objects. Please bring an item you no longer wish to possess.
Cannonball, produced by Almanac Dance Circus Theatre, is the first and largest independent festival hub of the Philadelphia Fringe that presents risk-taking independent artists in back-to-back performances next to delicious lounge spaces, fostering creative collisions and community conversation.

Janine Renee Cunningham is a theater maker and performer, splitting her time between Philadelphia and New York City. Her work has been shown at On the Boards, Dixon Place, Prelude Festival and the World Ecology Resource Network Conference (created by Jason Moore). She works with Aaron Landsman frequently and most recently, was the assistant director on his production of Night Keeper at the Chocolate Factory in New York City. As a performer, she was most recently seen in Allie Pinel’s Karaoke Means Joy at the Brick Theater, also in New York City. She is an alumnus of the Hemispheric Institute’s Emerge NYC program and was a Culture Push Associate Artist in 2020. She holds an MFA in Interdisciplinary Art from Goddard College.
