Conveniently located in the heart of Philadelphia, Yellow Bicycle Theater was made for the Philly Fringe. An unofficial hub of the 2024 festival, we hosted 8 outside productions from across the country, 2 co-productions from New York, a reading of a new play, a workshop on producing at the Bike, and an open-captioned screening of the winning films from Bicycle Shorts 2024 combined with in-person monologues about—you guessed it—bicycles. This year we've streamlined our booking system and upgraded our equipment to maximize availability and affordability. Rehearsal rates start at $19.95 plus tax, and shows are $199.95 plus tax for a 1h 45m slot plus a 15m buffer. Load in and out quickly and that's enough time for a 90 minute show. Marketing services and coverage under our insurance policy are on the house. Add-ons include a PA system, a projector, a camera for recording and live-streaming, a tech operator to run it all, and front of house staff. A 50% deposit is required to book the space, and the balance is due 14 days prior to the rental.
