Overview

Two (aged and aging) queens stand by a gloryhole, bitching about the absurd drama that is their lives, and wait for salvation that never cums. Finally, a light emerges from the most unlikely of places… but will it offer the release they’ve so desperately been looking for? A transgressive dance-theater riff on Waiting for Godot, MY PUSSY HURTS TOO makes existential fun from facing a dire present and an even more dire future. This new work acknowledges the enormity of the world’s grief while debating the meaning of salvation with a jockstrap full of glitter and trash. MY PUSSY HURTS TOO aims to be the queer douche needed for whatever ails you.

With over 100 offerings from rebellious circus, delicious dance, fearless theater and activist art to workshops, parties, and more Cannonball pushes the boundaries of live performance at four different venues this Fringe.
