Overview
A vulnerable and charged mixed media, interdisciplinary exploration of time, the self and Black, Native trans and queer futurism. In a world where the distillation of the human experience can lead to echo chambers and a numbing of joy and possibility, the artist takes us on a journey of their diaspora using vocals, circus arts, drag, modern and traditional instrumentation to ask: What is the price of salt, who are we and what do we risk becoming, when we put rigid values around our processes and expressions?
Note: the 9/15 performance of this show has been canceled.
