ONE NIGHT ONLY.

iParty is not just a show—it’s an experience. A 2-hour journey through poetry, stand-up comedy, song, and ceremony, all led by one woman: Genevieve. At once intimate and theatrical, the performance weaves together raw personal truth, razor-sharp wit, and unexpected beauty.

But this isn’t just a performance. It’s a rite of passage wrapped in rhinestones. With immersive art installations throughout the space, the night unfolds around you—inviting you not just to witness, but to participate.

iParty blurs the line between performer and audience, sacred and absurd, spotlight and shadow. Just when you think you’ve figured out what’s happening, the floor shifts—revealing something deeper, stranger, more alive.

And when the curtain falls? The party begins. Vibes high, spirits flowing—whether you're sipping something strong or staying clear-headed, you're in the right place. This is the kind of night people whisper about for years: “Were you there?”

Cocktail attire is required. Dress to express.

This is not a stop on your night—it is the night. One performance. One chance to say yes to the weird, the beautiful, the unforgettable.

About the Artist

Genevieve Rand is a variety performance artist and writer who’s called Philadelphia home since 2020. Her work blends poetry, comedy, music, and immersive experiences into something that feels less like a show—and more like a fever dream you’re glad you had.

She first tasted the spotlight in 2001, co-writing her elementary school’s fifth-grade opera. Since then, her performance journey has taken many forms: winning her rehab’s talent show in 2023, serving as a two-time featured poet at Fergie’s Pub, and singing her heart out at countless Philly karaoke nights and underground parties. Whether it’s a mic in a dive bar or an art house living room packed with strangers, Genevieve brings a rare mix of vulnerability, boldness, and deep irreverence to every room she enters.

Her creative roots run through comedy open mics, late-night poetry scribbles, impromptu living room concerts, and spiritually-infused art practices. She thrives in spaces where sacred meets chaotic—where performance becomes ritual, and audiences leave feeling more awake than when they arrived.

iParty, her debut one-woman show, is the culmination of a lifetime of performing without permission. A wild, genre-blurring mix of poetry, stand-up, music, and immersive art, iParty is both a spectacle and a ceremony. It’s the kind of event you plan an outfit for, then spend the next week trying to explain to your friends.

This is Genevieve’s first appearance in the Philadelphia Fringe Festival—and it won’t be her last.
