The Highland Lakes Players include Sebastian Garcia, Samantha Levine and Raymond V. Whelan. We are ambitious theater performers based in Austin, Texas. Normally, we participate in the city's Frontera Fest sponsored by ScriptWorks Austin. However, because of COVID-19, we endeavored to adapt, improvise and overcome.
