“It has been said that in every century you have an artist that truly breaks the mold, a songbird of their generation that evokes the trials, tribulations and progress of the time. But it is only once in a millennia, that you get a Jefferson Huxley. This work speaks to the quality of the Invisible Man, that person that is there every day that no one takes heed of. I invite you to open yourself up to that dialogue; to try and understand how it is, every day, to not be seen. Because, if you know, you know.” – A Forward by Dr. Althea Wainwright, Curator at the PPA (Philadelphia Philanthropic Art)
