REV Theatre Company

REV Theatre Company brings a fresh contemporary vision to existing dramatic works and company created new pieces. We present our work in unique and site-specific spaces: we have performed on the steps of the Art Museum, parking lots in New York and Philadelphia, a pier on the Hudson River, a tiny storefront on the Lower East Side of NYC, two Philadelphia cemeteries and dozens of parks in the Tri-State Area.
Since 2012, REV has successfully partnered with Laurel Hill Cemetery to bring our Graveyard Cabaret to the Cemetery for the Philadelphia Fringe. The show has become a cult favorite and has consistently been a top ticket seller, and was awarded five stars and a Fringe First by DC Metro Theater Arts.

One of our trademarks is the active involvement of the audiences in our outdoor productions. We acknowledge and encourage direct communication and response from our audiences, engaging them in a collective participation with the performers, the story, the action, the space and each other. These outdoor productions also enable REV to engage with diverse communities in New York City, Philadelphia, Scranton, throughout Connecticut and upstate New York. REV’s educational outreach programs are an essential part of our mission as well.
