Three women gather funds for a play production and dream about what 35 bucks can accomplish in an apocalyptic era. Blending literature, art, philosophy, and wit, these broads hope to conquer their economic disadvantages as they envision a future that celebrates and honors women's voices and revives lost heroines. The play features references and readings for women artists, including Sylvia Plath, Emily Dickinson, Jane Austen, Simone de Beauvoir, and more.

Seating for this production at The Whole Shebang (in South Philadelphia) is intimate and will be a lounge/living room-style-show with cushions for the floor in addition to chairs. As it is an intimate settling, please feel free to bring your own pillow, seat cushion, and/or blanket if you like. The space will not hold more than 35 audience members at a time. You will have to remove your shoes outside the performance space, as The Whole Shebang doubles as a yoga studio and dance space. Please don your favorite, funky (and clean!) socks! At the end of the last show on 9/20/26 there will be champagne and cake, and you are welcome to stay and enjoy the celebration. Seating can start a half hour prior to the show start time. There is no elevator and any ticketholder must walk up one flight of stairs. Books by the playwright will be for sale, and you may also peruse other books about women artists on display before or after the show.
