An Acoustic Pop Punk Sing-Along at DVAA

James Haro and Kat Siciliano

Interactive Experience, Music

Connect

James Haro and Kat Siciliano join forces once again to bring you an unmissable pop punk experience. Coming off their loud and energetic Green Day sing-along in April, the duo is proud to present An Acoustic Pop Punk Sing-Along. These talented Philly-based artists bring their skill and sincerity to the stage, leading to performances that draw you in and lift you up.

After flipping through their CD books, the pair has hand-picked an hour of songs to cover, from classic thumping, raging hits of old to the heart-on-your-sleeve, scream-it-in-your-bedroom bangers of the recent past. The operative word is “punk,” and while the songs you hear may be recognizable, James and Kat are also seizing the moment to use music and unity to drive home the messages of resistance, emotional struggle, and solidarity with outcasts that are woven throughout the genre.

Audiences will also have the opportunity to view the exhibits at the venue, Da Vinci Art Alliance, before and after the hooks and melodies reverberate from within the walls of the historic three-floor row home in the Bella Vista neighborhood. Bring your voice to the gallery and we'll sing it out loud!

50% of all proceeds will be donated to Da Vinci Art Alliance.
