A woman inherits her husband’s vast fortune after he passes away under suspicious circumstances. His prized possession was a solid-gold, hand-sculpted piece of scrap metal art worth millions of dollars. His final wish was to be buried with the sculpture, but of course, everyone wants it for themselves. Rumor has it, the old man put a “curse” on it so if he wasn’t buried with it, anyone who touched it would end up buried themselves. Everyone tries to steal the “Majorcan Monkey,” but whoever touches it ends up dead...and the audience decides who gets the Monkey in the end!
During this intractive event, the audience is picks the action. Utilizing online technology to interact with the cast, you will vote to determine motives, plot twists, and even who the victims will be!
This hilarious parody is inspired by the many works of Agatha Christie. As one of the best-selling authors of all time (second only to Shakespeare, true story, look it up) this incredible woman has left behind countless mysteries that have captured the imagination. She invented many of the Murder Mystery tropes we know and love, and those tropes are on full display in "And Then They Were Dead!"
