A reluctant, (but enthusiastic!) mover's journey to Broadway told through iconic broadway dance numbers, theater history factoids and puppets (?!) !
This heartfelt show is 150+ years of Broadway history all bundled up into 60 minutes from one 5'0 girl. From 42nd street, to Chicago, to A Chorus line and beyond, Morgan tells how she fell in love, out of love, and back in love with Broadway through iconic dance numbers performed... well, with a lot of enthusiasm! This is a show about failing hard, falling down, and getting back up and joining the dance... because THAT'S SHOW BIZ, BABY!

Morgan Kirner is an actor/singer/ music-lover/ teacher in South Jersey, but she considers herself a bit of a tri-state queen and NJ transit legend (ask her for train times). Locally, Morgan has performed and directed at the Ocean City Theater Company and is currently serving at the Director of Education (and the world’s oldest and most enthusiastic camp counselor). Morgan attended the Boston Conservatory where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. Morgan had worked regionally as a performer all over the country at the Paper Mill Playhouse, PCLO, Kansas City Starlight, The Media Theatre (Grace in Annie) The Huntington Theater Company (Anne in “A Little Night Music” and “Celeste 1” in Sunday in the Park With George) and many others. Morgan Toured the country as “Ermengarde” in the first national tour of Hello, Dolly! starring Betty Buckley, made her Broadway debut in Merrily We Roll Along on Broadway (swing/ Dance Captain), and was also a part of the off-broadway and regional engagements (2017, 2023 respectively).
Morgan has produced 4 other solo shows at the Duplex in NYC, The Green Room 42 and Chelsea Table and Stage. She is very grateful to her family and her husband Ben who always buy tickets and sit first row to watch her be... well, a theater kid!
Fun fact: Morgan had 1000 jobs! She is is a group fitness instructor, certified personal trainer and licensed NYC-tour guide, too! (Ask me about the ghosts) Morgan runs her own venture “Music with Morgan” where she leads joyful music classes for toddlers up to age 5! Honestly, she's just happy to be here!
