Opera on Tap Philadelphia is an arts organization dedicated to promoting classical music as a progressive art form and supporting the artists that keep it alive.
OOTPHL strives to bring opera out of the concert hall and into the Greater Philadelphia community. We perform in non-traditional venues such as bars, restaurants, museums, and other spaces to promote classical music to new audiences, educate the greater community, and develop strong bonds with our audiences through a mutual love of music.
OOT Philly is a proud and vibrant local organization performing throughout the Philadelphia area. We’ve performed in bars and restaurants, museums, cemeteries, schools, speakeasies, and more! OOT Philly boasts a diverse and accomplished roster of exceptionally skilled and creative singers, many of whom hold degrees from top academic programs in vocal performance and have performed with various opera companies and orchestras including Opera Philadelphia, Opera Delaware, and the Philadelphia Orchestra.
