The Mixtape / Andy the Acolyte is a double-bill of original, interactive, fully-improvised solo shows!

The Mixtape sees Alex helping the audience confess their feelings through improvised songs. Through audience suggestions, they help create an improvised mixtape to hopefully inspire those to go for what or who they want the most. (30 minutes)

Andy the Acolyte is your friendly neighborhood devout cultist of an ancient lovecraftian god: the audience! The show follows Andy on a regular workday, but at any moment, any member of the audience can shout out "Hey Andy!" and command him to do ANYTHING– which he always gleefully accepts. Andy's fate is entirely in your hands!

About the Artist

Alex Levitt (he/him), is a NJ/Philly based actor/improviser/music maker. Since 2021, Alex has been a company member of ComedySportz, Philly's longest running improv show. He has performed multiple shows through SideQuest Theater including; The Improvised Tony Awards, Best Medicine, Yes End, and the current Zodiac Tournament (go team Libra). He also took part as performer and part of the leadership team for the musical improv show Off The Record. Alex attained his BFA from Pace University in NYC with a focus in acting/performance. He dedicates all performances to Nate, Myra, and Saul.

Josh Holober-Ward (he/him) is a Philly-based performer, director, and producer. He is the Executive Director of SideQuest Theater (founded 2024), which specializes in high-production thematic improv shows & improv classes. He is also the creator & director of Roll Play: An Improvised Adventure, a popular Dungeons & Dragons improv show running since 2017. Josh is also an ensemble member of Tongue & Groove, a grounded serio-comic improv show (also performing in Fringe! Check it out!) He loves video games and tabletop RPGs, and hopes you enjoy controlling him like a game character!
