Starting on August 12th, happening every Monday evening through September 30th, come to FringeArts for a chance to connect with fellow artists and engage in meaningful conversations, all over free drinks and light snacks.

These events are open to all artists participating in the 2024 Fringe Festival. Please be sure to RSVP ahead of time to help us prepare!

September 2nd – ArtistsU: Celebrating (and Surviving) your Fringe show (with Andrew Simonet & Andrea Walls)

How we all doing? Costumes ready? Program notes? Nerves?
We are hosting a happy hour conversation about slowing down and savoring in the midst of frantic Fringe-ing.
+ How do we recognize and celebrate the moment of presenting our work?
+ And what do we want for our shows beyond the Fringe? What small doable things can continue our journey, our momentum past September?

September 9th- thINKingDANCE: Demystifying Arts Criticism

Come to Happy Hour on the Fringe to meet and mingle with writers from Philly-based performance journal thINKingDANCE! In a short panel, our writers will share how we write reviews, how to request press coverage, and answer your questions. If getting your work covered gives you stomach cramps, come talk to us!
